Class Descriptions
All classes emphasize the basics of body alignment in the poses and build understanding of the philosophy of yoga.
Beginner Yoga and All Levels – No experience required. With the use of props (e.g., blankets, blocks, walls, belts), all students can safely experience the benefits of the poses.
Gentle Yoga - No experience required. Class moves at a slower pace and more restorative poses are presented. This class is recommended for inexperienced or injured students.
Level I/II – No experience required. Students can expect to move at a quicker pace, but only as experience builds. This class can prepare students for the Level II class.
Level II – One year of Iyengar class experience is required.
Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. All students should be seated on the mat minutes before the start of class. Wear comfortable clothing that displays the shape of the knee (shorts, tights or pants legs rolled up). Be prepared to have bare feet. Please no gum chewing or perfume. Mats and all props are provided if desired.

Make Up Policy
Making up missed classes is simple. Students may attend any other class (for which they qualify) as long as they remain enrolled. Yes, indefinitely. Missed classes may also be gifted to others.
